Frequently Asked Questions

What Exactly is Executive Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and client. For this partnership to be effective, it must be founded in trust and authenticity. As your Coach I will help you by:

          · Discovering, clarifying, and achieving specific goals (business and/or personal goals)

          · Developing action-oriented roadmaps to success

          · Provoking self-generated solutions

          · Being your accountability partner

It is important to make a distinction between a Coach and a Mentor, Consultant, Trainer or Therapist.

Mentor: typically, a more experienced person on a specific field who shares advice

Consultant: a subject-matter expert who gets hired to assess and advice for a specific field

Trainer: develops a competency and/or skillset

Therapist: a licensed mental health professional.

We can discuss the scope of the Coaching relationship as we are able to provide mentoring, consulting, and training in various areas. We are also happy to assist in finding a Therapist if needed.
